Cause Analysis of Out-of-standard Problem of Dissolved Oxygen in Condensate of Unit 6 in Matou Power Plant and Its Improvement

通过查阅机组的运行日报和对设备的运行状况分析 ,初步得出造成凝结水溶解氧超标的可能原因 ,并针对这些可能的原因进行相关试验 ,找出造成机组溶解氧真正超标的原因所在 ,提出改进方法、措施并及时处理。为机组的安全经济运行提供可靠保证。

Through investigating daily operation log and operating status, the possible causes of out-of standard problem of dissolved oxygen in condensate are suggested. Aiming at these possible causes, corresponding tests are performed to find out the exact cause of the problem. The improving method and measures are proposed and treated on time, which ensure safety and economic operation of the unit.
