This paper analyzes the problems occurred on trippers and conveyer rubber belts during operation of conveyers with plow-share-type trippers, and introduces some solutions and countermeasures. It also discusses the regularity of belt wear-out and proposes a new ideal of service lifetime of the conveyer rubber belt.
