摘要
加入WTO ,给我国刑事诉讼法律制度改革提供了新的动力和压力。我国的刑事司法制度必须尽快达到刑事司法国际标准 ,以便为中外自由贸易往来提供一个良好的法律环境。就经济全球化及其对法律制度的影响、在经济全球化的背景下刑事诉讼法律制度应达到的国际标准、我国刑事诉讼法制的近代 (标准 )化与国际 (标准 )化等问题进行探讨 ,是十分必要的。
China's accession to WTO presents motivation and pressure for the reform of criminal procedure in China. The criminal judicial system should be adjusted to be consistent with the United Nations standards of criminal justice. Basing on this viewpoint,this article discusses on the effect of economical globalization on china's legal system and makes several suggestions for the reform of criminal justice.
