略论新破产法起草的几个目标

On Several Aims in Drafting the New Bankruptcy Law

新破产法是我国市场经济立法的一个重要组成部分 ,在进一步完善新破产法草案时 ,应当着重考虑破产法在推动国有企业改革、加强金融保障。

The new bankruptcy law is an important constituent part of the market economy legislation of China. While the draft of the new bankruptcy law is further perfected,more attention should be paid to the important functions of the bankruptcy law in the following aspects such as to push the reform of state owned enterprises,to strengthen the guarantee of finance,and to maintain the social stabilization.
