摘要
《合同法》第 1 35条规定了出卖人转移标的物所有权的义务 ,该义务是独立于标的物交付义务的另一义务 ,需出卖人为所有权转移的法律行为 ,该法律行为乃是独立于买卖合同本身的一项法律行为 。
Article 135 of Contract Law prescribes the obligation of seller's transferring his ownership of subject matters,which is another obligation independent of the obligation of delivering subject matters.It is a legal act of seller's transferring ownership,which is independent of the contract of sale itself.It does not refer to contract of sale.
