Concentrating on Human,Explore New System and Open New Rooms of Politics Education in Public Security Organs

公安思想政治工作存在着三方面的突出问题 ,导致了公安队伍建设与形势和任务的要求存在着五方面的矛盾 ,因此 ,必须在总结和继承原有成功经验的基础上 ,积极探索思想政治工作的新路子 ,努力开创思想政治工作的新天地 :一是以思想教育为先导 ;二是以班子作风建设为核心 ;三是以强化培训为重点 ;四是以深化改革为动力 ;五是以强化监督为手段 ;六是以真诚关爱为配套。

Three typical problems exist in the politics education of public security organs,which resulted in five contradictions between public security staffs construction and requirements from situation and tasks.Therefore,new ways and rooms have to be found based on previous experience:Taking thought education as guide;moral and style of leaders as core;strong training as emphasis;strengthening reform as impetus;intensive supervision as measures;care and love as necessary equipment.
