On the Management Situation of Foreign Investment Bank Risk and Its Reference to China

本文介绍了美国、巴塞尔银行监管委员会以及证监会国际组织关于投资银行风险监管的方法、要求和指引,针对我国投资银行风险管理的实际情况,提出了当前亟待研究的课题。

We summarize the method, requirement and guideline of IOSCO - International Organization of Securities Commissions, the Basel Committee on Banking Regulations and Supervisory Practice and USA. Aiming at the situadons in China, we advise the question for discussion.
