摘要
建立科学有效的企业家选聘机制是国有企业改革成功与否的关键。本文从选聘方式和选聘标准两个方面对这一问题进行了探讨,尤其是选聘主体的确认问题是本文研究的重点。
Setting up election mechanism plays a key role in building up modem enterprise system, in the process of deepening state - owned businesses reform and developing market economy. This article studies the issue in the way of both election approach and election standard, focusing on the qualifications of the selectors.
