中国开放资本账户的前提条件检验

A Test for Presupposition of Open Capital Account

对于中国而言 ,开放资本账户已不是一个新鲜的话题。随着中国经济、金融体制改革和对外开放的不断深化 ,特别是加入WTO后 ,对资本账户的管制成本将可能迅速提升 ,实现资本账户开放是迟早的事情。但目前开放资本账户的时机还不成熟。

The open capital account is not a new topic in China. With the deepening reform of China's economy, financial system and the open to the outside world, especially after China's WTO accession, the control cost of the capital account would be rapidly raised and the open capital account would be realized sooner or later, but the timing for China is not ripe at present.
