学风建设 ,是高校在教学过程中的师资水平、教学科研管理水平、学习氛围等一系列教学资源综合配置的合理性或整体性优化状况 ,是一种无形的积极向上的力量 ,是学校教育管理的目的。从当前学风建设中存在的问题提出一些推进学风建设的看法和意见 ,旨在引起对学风建设的重视和思考。

The cultivation of academic atmosphere in colleges and universities is the rationality or a whole optimization of the comprehensive facilities in a series of teaching resources, such as the teacher levels, the teaching research management and the academic atmosphere in the teaching procedure. It is an invisible and an advanced positive force, the goal of educational management in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some views and opinions on advancing the cultivation of academic atmosphere, for the purpose of attaching importance to and reflection on it.
