本文运用市场营销中的市场细分定位的观点分析目前房地产市场的各种状况,并提出房地产开发商应从对自身市场定位、消费者细分定位做起,真正做到“知己知彼、百战不殆”。
By analyzing current situation about real estate market based on market allocation and position in marketing, investors in real estate should position themselves and consumers so as to know consumers and themselves better and to win all things.
