在“十五”期间到2010年正是我国完善社会主义市场经济体制,全面参与经济全球化进程的关键时期。本文针对我省外贸经济中存在的一些深层次问题进行分析。重点对我省外贸经济可持续发展问题进行理论上的探讨,主要从如何实施要素禀赋优势战略,对外贸易对国内产业拉动作用,外贸经营主体结构优化,实施“走出去”战略等方面阐述了自己的观点和看法。
