Influence Factors on the Out-Patient Clinical Expenditures of Residents Aged Above 15 Years Old in Zhejiang Province

目的 了解浙江省 15岁以上居民门诊费用及其影响因素 ,为卫生改革和控制医药费用上涨提供参考依据。方法 利用 1998年浙江省卫生服务调查中相关资料 ,采用描述性研究、单因素分析及多元回归分析。结果 影响居民次均门诊费用的因素 ,月人均收入、城镇、就业状况、自觉患病严重程度、患病状况、就诊医疗机构及就诊科别等均有不同程度的影响。结论 积极开展社区卫生服务 ,以控制门诊医疗费用上涨。

Objective To understand the out-patient clinical expenditures and its influence factors of residents aged above 15 years old, then to give suggestions for the reform of health and the control of increasing in the medical expenditures. Methods Descriptive study, one-factor analysis and multi-factor analysis were applied in analyzing the related data from the health survey of Zhejiang province in 1998. Results The influence factors of out-patient clinical expenditures including average income per month, cities and towns, the condition of employment, self-conscious seriousness of the sufferings, conditions of illness and organizations or its sections of seeking medical service all affected the expenditures at different levels. Conclusions It is necessary to carry out community health service to control the increasing in the medical expenditures.
