口疡消治疗复发性口腔溃疡的动物实验与临床疗效观察

A study on curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating recurrent oral ulcer

目的 探讨口疡消治疗复发性口腔溃疡 (ROU)疗效的机理及与免疫学的关系。方法 设立以我院验方口疡消内服的治疗组治疗ROU ,并与西药左旋咪唑内服进行前瞻性随机对照研究 ,对比观察其临床疗效 ,并进行实验研究。结果 口疡消可使溃疡愈合平均提前 1.8天。临床观察口疡消可以使溃疡期缩短 ,疼痛天数减少 ,间歇周期延长。结论 口疡消具有促进溃疡愈合之功效 。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods Two groups were designed in controlled study,one group used traditional Chinese medicine in treating ROU,another group used the Levamiissole to compare their clinical curative effect and perform laboratory investigation.Results Animal experiment results suggested that traditional Chinese medicine was capable of making ROU heal 1.8 days ahead of time..Clinically traditional Chinese medicine shortened the duration of ROU,reduced the period of pain,extended the period of interval.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is an efficacious drug for ROU and can be widely applied.
