The primary clinical observation of the collagen membrane and bioglass in the treatment of jawbone defects

目的 观察胶原膜及生物活性玻璃促进颌骨骨缺损的修复情况。方法 采用胶原膜及生物活性玻璃颗粒用于颌骨囊肿的治疗并且对不同时期的X线影像进行计算机处理及统计学分析。结果 应用胶原膜及生物活性玻璃的颌骨骨缺损较常规治疗修复快。

Objective To observe the clinical results of collagen membrane and bioglass used in the treatment of the jawbone defects.Methods Collagen membrane and bioglass were used in the treatment of jawbone cyst and X-ray image was taken at different periods after operation.Results The bone regeneration speed of the jawbone defects of the experiment group was faster than the control group.Conclusion Collagen membrane and bioglass can obviously improve the bone regeneration of the jawbone defects.
