摘要
为解决辽宁省造纸用材 ,合理开发利用现有的以柞木和水曲柳为主的硬杂木资源 ,对辽宁省东部山区次生林中的主要材种———柞木做了制取磺化化机浆 (SCMP)的研究。研究结果表明 ,对磺化影响的显著程度是亚硫酸钠用量 >磺化温度 >磺化时间。由此确定实验的最佳条件为Na2 SO3 用量 30 % (对绝干木片 )、最高温度 16 0℃、保温时间 70min ,在此条件下所得磺化化机浆的得率为 80 .4% ,白度为 32 .5 %SBD ,磺化度为 0 .95 %。成浆打浆度为 14°SR时与同等打浆度的苛性钠法半化学浆的强度相当 ,而浆得率和白度分别高出 7%和 2 0 %。因此以柞木为原料用SCMP制浆方法取代苛性钠法半化学浆是可行的。
This paper reports the study on the SCMP from Quercus. QUercusis the primary species in the secondary forest in Liaoning eastern mountain area for solving papermaking material. The result show that the most important factor was the charge of Na 2SO 3, the second one is the maximum temperature, the last one is the time duration at the maximum temperature. The SCMP could be obtained with the yield of 80.4%, the brightness of 32.5% SBD,and the sulfonate contents of 0.95%,under the optimum condition which the charge of Na 2SO 3was 30%,the maximum temperature is 160?℃,and the time at maximum temperature is 70?℃.Its tensile strength is equal to that of NaOH semi chemical pulp at 14°SR. Its strength and brightness is higher 7% and 20% than that of NaOH semi chemical pulp. Thus it is possible to substitute NaOH semi chemical pulp with SCMP for Quercus.
