麦芽汁培养基中蛹虫草液体发酵的研究

以菌丝体干重和 pH值为指标 ,从 6种菌种中筛选出适于麦芽汁为培养基的蛹虫草CS菌种 ;通过均匀实验方法确定最佳培养条件为 :2 0℃、175r/min ;用高效液相色谱法检测发酵液中的腺苷 ,含量达 2 .72mg/L。

The optimum strain of Cordyceps militaris in the wort medium wort is selected with the indexes of dry mycelium and PH. The optium condition is 20?℃,175?r/min by using even experiment. The concentration of adenosine in the fermented broth is 27.2?mg/L measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) method.
