浅析“失业”与“再就业”

Analysis“Unemployment ”and“Get a job again”

对我国失业的原因及基本对策进行了研究。指出:失业作为一种重要的社会经济现象,并不是资本主义的“专利”,而是发达商品经济的必然产物,合理、必要的失业对社会经济发展具有积极作用。在此基础上,进一步对导致我国在一段时期内失业问题较为突出的具体原因,我们应当采取的基本对策等问题作了较为深入的分析。

This paper researches causes of unem ployment in our country and provides elementary solu-tions.Unemployment,as an importan t social economic phenomenon,is not a“patent ”of capitalism,but an in-evitable result of flourishing comm odity economy.Reasonable and unavoidable layoff sometimes plays an imp ortant role in developing social economy.I n the current situation where unempl oyment problem is outstanding,it is imper-ative to make a deep analysis and find a way to solve it.
