摘要
本文以BALB/C小鼠为研究对象,观察了中药复方肾炎Ⅱ号对IL_2的产生作用与巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。结果表明:该方在体内外能显著增强ConA活化的胖细胞产生IL_2、显著增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能。提示该方治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的作用机理可能与其促进TL_2的产生,增强巨噬细胞吞噬活性,从而改善机体免疫状态,减少或消除抗原或抗原抗体复合物有一定的关系。
The effect of compound Shenyan Ⅱ (SYⅡ) on the activitics of IL-2 and macrophage phagocytic fundtion in BALB/c mice were examined, The results showed the SYⅡ significantly increased quantity of IL-2 produced by ConA activated splenocyte and enhanced marophage phagocytic funtion. It indicated that the mechanism which chronic glomerulnephritis was treated by SYⅡ might relate to the improvement of immunity in body and dwindlement or elimination of antigen and antibody.
