体育新闻侵权的法律思考

Consideration of Law for Sports-related Media Tort

采用文献资料研究和个案调查方法 ,通过对两个体育新闻侵权而败诉的案例分析 ,认为体育新闻工作者要坚持新闻真实性原则 ,增强法制意识 ,加强自我保护 ;有关部门要加快立法进程 ,尽早出台《新闻舆论监督条例》 ,使媒体的新闻舆论监督工作有法可依 ,规范操作 。

By the methods of literature summary and cases research, the present paper analyzes two lost sports-related media lawsuits and points out that sports journalists should insist on the principle of news truthfulness, strengthen the consciousness of law system and reinforce the self-protection; the relative government administrations must quicken the process of journalism legislation so that the media's acts of supervision can be carried out in the light of relative laws and specification. In this way, media torts in sports news could be prevented and reduced.
