摘要 运用文献资料法 ,对运动与热休克蛋白表达及其相关作用进行了综述 ,并就其在运动与训练中的损伤保护及防止过度训练等潜在研究价值 。 By referring to the related literature, the authors review the exercise and expression of HSP as well as the related role of HSP. At the same time, they discuss the potential study values for the protection of injuries and overtraining in exercise and training.
