先进文化的前进方向是我军军事文化的发展方向,也必然是军事体育事业的发展方向;军事体育事业发展的根本目标要依据军事文化的定位而定位、发展而发展;它的繁荣与发展是伴随着军事文化的繁荣而繁荣、发展而发展。在新的历史时期,我们要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,加强先进军事文化的建设,努力创新军事体育理论、发展军事实用体育竞技体育、重视军事体育教育,促进军事体育事业的繁荣与发展。
