通过对1996~2000年与2001~2004年的健美操规则学习和比较,得出执行新规则后健美操的发展方向和训练趋势,提出在健美操训练中采取增强运动员的身体综合素质,提高难度动作的级别和完成质量,以及成套动作编排要敢于创新,突出个性风格及新巧连接,善于制作应用音乐,激发运动员的表演激情等对策。
Comparing the new rules of the aerobics of 2001 - 2004 with the rules of 1996 - 2000,the author observes the trend of aerobics' development and training, and puts forward some countermeasures for aerobics training by strengthening the athlete's health quality and improving the difficulty grade and completion quality of the move-ments, arranging the composition with innovation, individuality and skilful join in the whole set, applying music suitable to arouse the athletes' emotion.
