By means of the advanced symbol calculation application softwares such as matlab etc.,the explicit type of state transformation matrixes in the solution of axissymmetrical transverse isotropy half space is obtained,the hankel's integral displacement type of semi-infinite surface dislocation axissymmetrical transverse isotropy is derived,the application of transerve isotropy theory in the design of pavement has been established.
