服务水平是指驾驶员和乘客对交通运行时 ,要求达到的服务质量标准。通过用牌照法实测1 0 7国道新乡段行车速度 ,分析道路及收费站的服务水平 ,提出了一些全封闭公路管理的措施和建议。

Level of service is the quality criterion that drivers and passagers are necessary to reach in the traffic running. This paper puts forward some measures and advice of full closed road management after testing running speed of Xinxiang section of national line 107,analyze service level of road and toll station by license method.
