摘要
城市交通拥挤和堵塞导致道路的容量和管理效率降低 ,也是交通污染和事故的间接因素。尽管造成这种现象的原因很多 ,但各交叉口交通信号的不协调、不优化是主要的技术原因。给出了城市交通信号优化理论的新概念 ,介绍了实现交通信号整体优化的基本方法。随后 ,给出了城市交通信号整体优化的方法 ,即把区域系统分解成线控系统 ,把复杂系统分解成简单系统 ,分别建立各系统的线性方程 ,并归纳成线性规划问题。最后理想子区为例进行了相关分解 。
The congestions and jams of urban streets traffic widely reduce the capacity of moving vehicles and efficiency of management. It is also an indirect factor of traffic pollution and accident. Although the reasons of causing this situation are many-sided, the unharmonious and unoptimal traffic signals for junctions are major technic reason. This paper sets up the new optimizing theory of urban traffic signals and introduced the basic method of realizing traffic signals optimization, and takes an idea region for example to formulate linear constraints.
