将一个城市或某一区域的地理空间数据制作成三维的可视化地理信息系统 ,在当今有着非常重要的现实意义。应用摄影测量技术获取准确地理空间数据及纹理数据 ,应用仿真技术实现各地物的三维可视化 ,并且充分利用当今计算机的发展水平在系统中实现地物属性查询、统计及分析等功能。这一系列的系统建立技术是当今 GIS领域的研究热点。在这一系统建立技术研究的基础上 。

With the further developing of GIS and the visual technology of three-dimonsion city model has been the common research hotspot.The constructing methods of geometrical modeling and texture mapping in three-dimension virtual city model are studied.Combining sand dune model of predevelopment subregion,modeling datum are acquisited with method of close-range photogrammetry. Three-dimension virtual model of predevelopment subregion is constructed successfully.
