New Management and Testing of Metal Structure

针对引起金属结构破坏的两大主因———局部失稳和疲劳裂纹 ,介绍了文献 [1 ]的项目内容 ,并作了一定论述 。

Focused on the two major factors responsible for the destruction of metal structures——loss of local stability and fatigue crack,this paper introduces the program“Large Ports Mechanical Structure Stability and Fatigue Crack Controling Technigues”explored by Shanghai Maritime University. It also gives enough exposition.Therefore,it can be used for the reference of enterprises in managing metal structures.
