笔者对竞技体育体制改革若干问题进行了论述 ,指出我国竞技体育体制还所存在俱乐部管理产权不明 ;三级训练网太单一等问题。

The reform of competitive sports system from reforming and opening was discussed in the paper.The authors pointed out the shortcoming of the competitive sports system,and analyised the development trend of the competitive sports system in the future.
