铅球技术优化组合教学的实验研究

Experiment Research Optimization Combination of Shot Techique-Teaching in P.E Institute

笔者采用了文献资料法、教学实验法和影片解析法 ,在“最优化理论”思想的指导下 ,对学生推铅球技术进行教学改革。结论 :实验教法对学生掌握正确的推铅球技术 ,提高运动成绩和培养学生的实验操作能力方面优于常规教法。

The paper by the adapts reviewing,teaching experiment,video camera method of reforming shot technique teaching in rterms of students′ condition of Xi′an P. E institute was made under the guilds of 'the optimization theory'. Conclusions showed: Experiment teaching method is superior to traditional teaching method in grasping the correct technique of putting the shot improving achievment and fostering the actual doing ability of students.
