摘要
通过对我院 3个年级大学女生的研究 ,发现在健美操教学中 ,在学生具备一定健美操基础情况下 ,引导她们积极加入到健美操的编创工作中 ,对提高其体育自学能力 ,扩展健美操专项的知识面 。
Investigating present condition of rhythmic gymnastic athletes participating in act arrangment by questionnaire nationalwidely. We found the rate of participation in arrangment of competitional and training act set is 8% and 74% respeltively and some related factors. At the same time we provide some methods to improve athletes' interesting and ability of act set arrangment
