摘要
本文采用BFS心境量表 ,考察在运动技能学习过程中心境变化的状况 ,发现在技能学习的不同阶段 ,心境有其变化的特征 ,随着学习的不断深入 ,心境总趋势朝良性方向发展 。
Adopted by BFS form ,the purpose of this paper is to investigate students mind changes in skill learning phases ,students mind has changes characteristic with the learning developed ,mind changes leads to advantage direction ,and this also supports the dynamic balance theory
