走出“瓶颈”:高校高水平排球运动发展的审视与重塑

Walk out the bottle-neck:survey and return model in development of high-level college vollyball teams

通过文献研究及对第六届大运会排球比赛的调研以探求高校高水平排球运动的发展过程和轨迹 ,研究认为 ,目前 :运动员的来源渠道复杂 ;资金投入匮乏 ;训练与学习的矛盾 ;缺乏高水平的教练员 ;管理体制滞后 ;竞赛体制结构不完善 ,导致了高校高水平排球运动经过十几年的变化 ,在人才培养上仍没有新的突破。高校高水平运动队必须重视后备力量的培养 ,规范招生制度 ,改革竞赛体制 ,完善教练员的岗位培训 。

By methods of documents study and a widespread investigation has been made in the 6th Universities vollyball Game of the People′s of China,the author concluded that the source of player is complexity;went short of bankroll;the antinomy of training and learning;the coach is short of in high-level;the systerm of supervise is lagged;the competition system is faultiness .It is lack make for the new breaches in bring up of the person with ability,in order to boost the advancement of the teams,then comes up with some solutions.
