在分析应试教育与体育与健康教育的差异基础上 ,重新确立高校体育教师的角色内涵 ,提出要实现新形势下应试教育向体育与健康教育的转化 ,高校体育教师必须在明确自身角色内涵基础上 ,通过在思想上转变旧观念 ,理论上充实新知识 ,和在教学实践中落实体育与健康教育内容 。

In the angle of the history of PE , the author studies the Role consciousness of transmutation of the Teacher in University in the Beginning of 21st Century . In the base of this study , The author expounds the three way in how to do all these in practice : first , to exchange the concept of PE teaching ; second , to fulfil all of there into practice ; third , to build a new system of evaluation .
