我国正在全面推行素质教育,作为培养中小学体育师资的高师体育教育专业,它所培养出来的学生素质如何,将直接影响着中、小学体育教育的质量。高师体育教育专业如何面对新形势、新要求、新任务,培养出高素质的多能型人才,是摆在我们高师体育教育工作者面前的一项十分重要而又亟待解决的问题。本文试图从高师体育教育专业人才培养现状、理论与实践等几个方面进行研究与探讨,为教育主管部门的决策提供参考。

We are whole promoting the quality education. As the college teacher抯 physical education, specialty cultivates the pupils and mid-school students. Whose qualities will directly affect the quality of the primary and middle school抯 physical education. How does the college teachers?physical education specialty face the new situation new requirements and new duties. It is quite important and desiderate solve the problem is to foster high quality and multi-ability talents which is front of us. This article will try to study and discuss these parts of the cultivating condition of college teachers?physical education specialty, theory and practical and etc. Thereby development in physical education specialty and providing for governmental decision-making institutions.
