On Neighboringly Comparative Method and its Application in Evaluation for Qualities of teachers of physical Education

研究了邻近比较法并应用数理统计的理论研究了综合评价中的统计数量化的方法 ,即将复杂的多因素综合比较问题分解为两个相邻被评选对象的对比选优问题 ,使得多因素综合选优问题变为比较清晰、简单、又具有较强的区分力。

Neighboringly Comparative method were interpreted in this paper, and methods of statistic in quantity were also studied on the basis of mathematical statistic theory, that is how to transfer a comprehenvise compare induding mutiple factors into an issue of compare and select between two neighboring objects. this strategy make the issue of comprehensive mutiple factor selection more clear, simple, and distinctive.
