摘要
人体“生物三节律”是人体内在的一种客观规律 ,它也人的生命活动有着密刀的关系。本文通过研究指出 :根据运动员生物三节律的具体情况来制订训练计划 ,安排训练内容 ,将有利于挖掘运动员的潜力 ,提高训练效果和运动成绩 ,从而提高田径队的运动水平。
Biological Three phase is a objective regulation in human bodies,and has a close relation with human's activities.Suggestions were Summerized as follows;making training plan and arranging training content according to biological phase of athletes is benefit to developing of athectes potential,improvement of training effect and Performance.
