对徐州师大体育专业教育实习现状的分析及改革探讨

Study on the Situation of Education Practice of Students in Xuzhou Normal University

长期以来 ,体育教育专业学生的能力培养和教育实习方式的改革是学校体育工作者所关心和探讨的问题 ,特别是在 2 1世纪的来临之际 ,学校体育的改革呼唤新型的体育教师 ,因此 ,改革现行的教育实习方式 ,培养学生的能力 ,使他们能更好的适应社会发展的需要 ,是学校体育工作者所探讨、解决的首要问题。

For a long time, It is and important things for teacher to cultivate the studengts'ability in normal university. In this thesis,author expound his opinion on how to reform the way of education practice, to cultivate the PE teaching ability.
