采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计等方法,以其它现代奥运会举办城市为参照系,对2008年北京奥运会经济走势情况进行了分析研究。目的是立足国情,冷静头脑,在不影响奥运社会效益的前提下,最大限度的获取经济效益。研究结果如下:北京奥运会投入成本高昂,赢利困难;社会主义的性质决定了我国筹资渠道相对资本主义国家少;政府财政大力支持的背后往往诱发低效率;现阶段我国体育消费水平较低,奥运消费市场开发相对困难;北京奥运会要赢利任重道远。

Based on informative documents, experts' comments and statistics, etc. Referring to other cities which have hold the modern. Olympics, the paper analyses the economic instance of 2008 Olympics in Beijing. Based upon the present condition of our nation, its purpose is to get the highest e-conomic efficiency under the premise of not affecting the social efficiency with calm mind. The research results are: Beijing invests a lot into the Olympics, but can hardly make any profits; compared with capital countries it has narrower channel to raise money due to the socialism; the powerful governmental financial support usually causes low efficiency; the present consumption level of Chinese athletics is comparatively low, meanwhile, it's relatively difficult to tap the Olympic consumption market; and Beijing has a long, thorny way to go , to benefit from the Olympics.
