试论健康第一思想与学校体育改革

On the Reform of School Physical Education Guided by the Idea of “Health Values First”

从学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想入手,分析了我国学校体育教学存在的主要问题,提出了学校体育改革的若干对策,包括必须牢固树立健康第一的指导思想,重视“体育与健康”课程建设,加强体育与健康教育相结合教育;建立以增强体质,增进健康实效为中心的考试制度;加强师资培养和培训等。

From the viewpoint of carrying out the idea of 'health Values First' in school physical education, this paper discusses main problems existed in school physical education, puts forward some countermeasures on the reform of school physical education, which includes building the course of ' P. E. and health', strengthening the combination of P. E. and health education, setting up new exam system aimed to enhance fitness and improve students' health, reinforcing the cultivation of teachers.
