It is an important part that may not be dispensed with to warming-up at the beginning of track and field course and training, as well as before the competition. How to prepare for the training actirity of the warming-up and how to adapt effective training methods according to different couises in order to hit the target of PE teaching, there are some problems which ought to be probed and researched in teaching practice.
