摘要
根据运动心理学原理结合体育教学实践,提出健美操教学在常规教学的基础上合理地运用心理训练方法,有助于学生在健美操学习过程中的焦虑心理控制,对健美操动作技术的掌握和技能的提高有明显的效果,同时有利于促进学生的心理健康发展。
Depending on the sports psychology and events practice, basing on regular PE teaching training wethod in the callisthenics teaching, and it turnedout; the method helps students control the anxiousness in the callisthenics study, command the technique, and promote the skills is helpfull for the students psychological development.
