摘要
篮球运动训练比赛后的恢复是决定训练成效的一个主要因素,没有恢复就不能继续训练。只有把疲劳和恢复过程作为一个整体,统一在一个过程中,采取多种方法和手段进行恢复,才能更好地完成训练任务,提高运动成绩。
