摘要
文章在述及武术运动的呼吸特点和作用后,着重对武术套路演练过程中的提、托、聚、沉的呼吸方法及其对人体健康的形响进行了分析。这四种呼吸方法不仅可以提高人体呼吸系统机能,而且对人体健康水平的提高有明显的效果和作用。
This paper analyse the effcts of Wushu sport on human body, especially, lift, support, gather (assemble) and sink these four distinct aspiration methods in Taolu sport, recognition and right application of four methods, which are beneficial to enhance technique expressing level of Wushu Taolu, enable to improve and strengthen the function of each system on human body.
