摘要
通过对黑龙江省冰雪体育旅游开发的状况入手,分析了这一新兴产业开发的可行性和必要性及经济效益,提出了开发思路和对策。
Through expiloiting the sports tourism with skating and skiing in Heilongjiang Province,the authors have analyzed feasibility,neces- sity and economical benefits of this new industry exploitation.The authors have also proposed the exploiting thought and countermeasure.
