摘要
介绍了业余短跑运动员的赛前准备活动的内容。研究认为 ,准备活动可提高体温和引起排汗 ;准备活动应包括伸展和放松练习 ,还应具有一些强度练习 ;应有模仿专项动作的练习。运动员在比赛前 2 0min应减量 ,约在赛前 10min结束准备活动。
This article introduces contents of warm ups for amateur sprinters before the competitions.It is held that warm ups can raise body temperature and cause sweating.They should include stretching,relaxation exercises,exercises with some intensity and exercises simulating event related movements.Sprinters should reduce exercises 20 minutes before the competitions and end warm ups 10 minutes before the competitions.
