为了进一步落实“三个代表”的思想,进一步推进校务公开,不断完善学校民主管理制度,学校建 立了“双月恳谈会”制度,从而使校领导与教职工之间能进行双向的、面对面的、深层次的心理交流,对密切干 群关系、调动教职工的积极性发挥了重要作用。
By the thought of ' three representative' for further opening of college affairs, further improving of democratic manegerment system, the college has set up the heart to heart talking system with faculty once two months. This system has made the better communication between the faculty and college heads. It has played an important role in aspects.
