《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》是目前调整国际货物买卖的最重要的国际统一实体法。本文从公约适用的主体、公约不适用的销售合同及货物销售、公约不涉及的法律问题、公约适用的任意性及公约与国内法的关系等五个方面就公约适用问题进行了归纳和总结,并对某些模糊问题作了澄清和探讨。

United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Interna- tional Sale of Goods is the most important uniform international substan- tive law governing international sale of goods.This Article has made a re- search and summary on the subjects of the application of CISG in the fol- lowing aspects:the subject of application,sale contract and sale of goods excluded,legal issues not governed by CISG,option of CISG and the rela- tionship between CISG and national laws.This article has also made some clarification and research on some ambiguous issues.
