摘要
目的筛选高产葡糖异构酶的嗜热放线菌优良菌种,并将其固定化。方法分离、诱变育种筛选出高产葡糖异构酶放线菌优良菌种,用离子交换树脂作载体进行葡糖异构酶固定化的研究。结果筛选出葡糖异构酶放线菌高产优良菌种,用离子交换树脂进行葡糖异构酶的固定化,其固定化酶活性为18000~20000U/g(干)。结论筛选到葡糖异构酶放线菌高产优良菌种,用离子交换树脂作载体进行固定化,所得到的葡糖异构酶酶活性较高。
Objective To select high-producing glucose isomerase thermoactinomyces strains and immobilize glucose isomerase.Methods High-producing glucose isomerase thermoactinomyces strains were obtained by the isolation,screening and mutation breeding.Ion exchange resins were served as a supporter for the immobilization of glucose isomerase.Results High-producing glucose isomerase thermoactinomyces strains were selected.The glucose isomerase was immobilized with ion exchange resins and the activity of immobilized glucose isomerase was 18 000~20 000U/g(dry).Conclusion The activity of glucose isomerase obtained is higher.
