摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定保婴丹中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。方法采用KromasilC18柱,以甲醇-水(78∶22)为流动相,检测波长为294nm。结果厚朴酚在0.1074~0.537μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),和厚朴酚在0.0585~0.2925μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),厚朴酚平均回收率为99.52%,和厚朴酚平均回收率为97.68%,RSD分别为1.97%和1.48%。结论本方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可适用于保婴丹中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量测定。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Bao Ying Dan.Methods A Kromasil C18 column was employed with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(78∶ 22) and the determination wavelength was 294nm.Results The linear range of magnolol was 0.1074~0.537μg(r = 0.9999).The linear range of honokiol was 0.0585~0.2925ug(r = 0.9997).The average recovery of magnolol was 99.52 % with RSD of 1.97%.The average recovery of honokiol was 97.68 % with RSD of 1.48%.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable and reproducible.It can be used for the assaying of magnolol and honokiol in Bao Ying Dan.
